Story By: BOBBY CHALMERS / CP RACING – EAGLE BRIDGE, NY – It was an early night for Chad Pierce Saturday evening at Lebanon Valley as the warm temperatures and mechanical problems ended things early.
The former Lebanon Valley track champion only completed eight circuits around the 5/8 mile clay oval before he was forced to the pit area.
“Not really sure what the problem was, but we’ll get it figured out,” Piece said. “My guys will go through this car with a fine-tooth comb and we’ll get our program back on track.”
The next event on the CP Racing Team’s schedule will be Saturday night at the “Valley of Speed” as DMC Racing Products & Alarms of Berkshire County present a great night of racing action. Gates open at 5pm.
