Story By: MIKE WARREN / PLATTSBURGH AIRBORNE SPEEDWAY – PLATTSBURGH, NY – Jamy Begor took the checkered flag in the Poirier’s True Value Sportsman 35-lap, $1,000 to win feature event Tuesday night at the Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway.
Begor faded to ninth at the mid-way point of the race but rallied to score his second win of the season.
Travis Bruno led a number of laps but settled for second. Jeremy Roy, Bucko Branham and Lonnie Rivers completed the top five.
Nathan Smart scored his eighth win of the season in the Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock division. Matt Leonard, Caleb Tourville, Charles Mooney and Michael Daniels completed the top five.
