Story By: LUCAS OIL LATE MODEL DIRT SERIES – CORONA, CA – Big River Steel, a leading flat-rolled steel producer, has agreed to a multi-year agreement to partner with “Team Lucas” as an Official Partner of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League.

In addition to being a “Team Lucas” partner, Big River Steel will also be associated with the Clint Bowyer Race Team and driver Josh Richards on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in 2020. Josh Richards’ impressive resume includes winning the series championship in 2017, being a runner-up in the series championship in 2018, and finishing third in the final series point standings in 2019. The Big River Steel partnership will include “Presenting Sponsorship” entitlements of the “Clash at the Mag” at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS as part of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, for the second year in a row.
The Big River Steel partnership with Team Lucas also includes a presence and association with the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League and the Super Modified Tractor Division in 2020. The Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League will definitely emphasize the motto “GO BIG” for Big River Steel, with the goal to get four Hemi’s, three Turbines or Allison Aircraft Engines to sing in harmony, in a pursuit of putting the power to the track at over 10,000 horses.
