Column By: TYLER ALTMEYER / BROCK ZEARFOSS RACING – JONESTOWN, PA – Jonestown, Pennsylvania’s Brock Zearfoss is hitting the road full-time in 2021.
Zearfoss is set to battle head-to-head with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series aboard his own Brock Zearfoss Racing No. 3Z.
The former All Star Circuit of Champions traveler is prepared to take the next step in his open wheel career and will attempt to not only contend for a Series championship, but also score Rookie of the Year honors.
Although new to the Outlaw scene from a full-time standpoint, the “Jonestown Jet” is certainly no stranger to action with the Greatest Show On Dirt and owns one victory, doing so during Summer Nationals preliminary competition at Williams Grove Speedway in 2017.
Finding success with the All Star Circuit of Champions, Zearfoss finished fourth in the 2019 driver standings and captured three Series victories, two of which in New York during stops at Outlaw Speedway and Lebanon Valley Speedway, respectively. Zearfoss’ third victory was accomplished during the annual Brad Doty Classic at Attica Raceway Park, scoring a $10,000 payday in the process.
“We’ve been building up to this for a long time and I’m excited for the opportunity. This is what we all work toward and I’m thrilled for it to finally become a reality. An opportunity like this wouldn’t be possible without the help from my team, my family, and of course, all of our great partners. They believe in me and believe in what we are trying to accomplish. I couldn’t be more proud of this entire operation,” Zearfoss said, driver of the Brock Zearfoss Racing, Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., BAPS Auto Paints & Supply, Meckley’s Limestone Products, Berkebile Oil Company, Klick Lewis Cars, J.P.
