Story By: RYAN DELPH / TIM MCCREADIE RACING – CONCORD, NC – Tim McCreadie notched his tenth triumph of the 2020 racing season on Thursday night, November 5 at the pristine Dirt Track at Charlotte in Concord, North Carolina!
Conquering the Charlotte-area, 4/10-mile speedplant for the first time ever in a Super Late Model, Tim started off the evening by posting the second fastest lap in Group A during World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series qualifying prior to securing a heat race victory.
“T-Mac” then drove past leader Ricky Weiss on a lap 30 restart and led the remainder of the 50-lapper to claim the $12,000 top prize in the ‘Last Call’ finale over Weiss, Brandon Overton, Chris Madden, and Dale McDowell!
A night earlier on Wednesday, November 4, another $12,000 winner’s check was on the line with the WOOLMS tour in the opener of the ‘Last Call’ doubleheader for the ground-pounding Super Late Models.
Tim stopped the clock fourth fastest in Group A during the qualifying session and once again won his loaded heat race.
After drawing the pole position for the 50-lap headliner, the Watertown, New York superstar was unfortunately hampered by an incorrect tire choice, but was able to battle to a solid third place podium performance behind only victor Brandon Overton and runner-up Dennis Erb, Jr
