Story By: GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY – BECHTESLVILLE, PA – For the first time in his outstanding career Ryan Godown, a winner and champion at a number of area speedways, was able to win the 51st Annual Freedom 76 on Saturday night at Grandview Speedway.
For the win, his first in the 76er Classic, the New Jersey racer earned more than $30K.
Finishing a close second after leading a number of laps was Jeff Strunk who was looking for his ninth win in the Freedom 76.
Coming home third was Tim Buckwalter followed by Duane Howard and Ryan Krachun.
There were 66 Modifieds trying to earn a starting spot in the 33 car starting field.
Finishing fifth was Ryan Grim with 2021 Modified Champion Craig Von Dohren coming home 7th. In eighth was Billy Pauch Jr. while Dillon Steuer and Clay Butler rounded out the top ten.
