Story By: CHRIS MOORE / SHORT TRACK SUPER SERIES – OAKS, PA – The Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco is set for the 2022 Pioneer Pole Buildings Motorsports Racecar and Trade Show Fueled by Sunoco and Distributed by Insinger Performance.
The Len Sammons Productions-presented Motorsports show returns to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pa., this weekend: Friday, Jan. 21 and Saturday, Jan. 22.
The STSS will be showcased in an expansive display in Booths No. 314, 415, 316, 417, 318 & 419.
Sayreville, N.J. ‘s Dominick Buffalino will have the ’22 version of the recognizable Glenn Hyneman-owned No. 126 on display at the STSS booth. The iconic Keystone Racing ride has been a supporter of the STSS Hurlock Auto & Speed Supply South Region since its inception.
Joining Buffalino will be the defending Belmont’s Garage Crate STSS Crate 602 Sportsman South Region champion Joe Toth. The Newtown, Pa., resident will have the Andy Belmont-owned No. 14 on hand.
Fans and competitors can pick up 2022 printed schedules at the show covering all regions and the all-new Halmar International ‘Elite’ program.
Hot off the presses from Bob Hilbert Sportswear: new STSS 2022 “26 Tracks, 10 States” tour shirts (tees – $20 and hoodies – $35) will be available in addition to hats, decals and other apparel items.
STSS membership forms will also be available for competitors in both the Modified and Crate 602 Sportsman divisions. Drivers can sign up for the North and South Regions and the ‘Elite’ Series.
Entry forms will be available for The American Racer Cup presented by Sunoco Modified and Crate 602 Sportsman competitors. Drivers registering prior to 5 p.m. on Saturday will be entered into a drawing for two FREE tire certificates for both the Modified and Sportsman divisions. The drawing will be shown LIVE on The American Racer Cup Facebook page.
