Information By: PHAZE 3 RACING – CASTLETON, NY – Brian Berger has made the decision for his racing plans this coming season.
“Some 32 years ago, I started spending my Saturday nights behind the wheel of a Dirt Modified,” Berger said. “I thought I was ready to call it a career. However, finishing second four times last year says we need to make it happen again.”
Now, he and his Phaze 3 Racing team are gearing up for another go-round.
“We are going to drop Friday nights this year,” he said. “We won’t be at Albany-Saratoga. We are 100% focused on getting to Victory Lane again at the Valley.”
Work has been constant in Berger’s shop in Pittsfield, MA.
“I have to give thanks to Jeff, Tom, Dobbs, Darv, Sean and Kevin for your help in the shop year after year,” he said. “I’m thankful to be surrounded by such a great team. We will get it done this year!”
The team’s first event, while not on the speedway, will be the Kingfish Car Show at the Stewart’s Shops in Nassau, NY on April 3rd.
