All Smiles For Tim McCreadie After FL Dirt Nationals $25K Win Friday Night At All-Tech

Story By: XR – LAKE CITY, FL – Tim McCreadie drove from 10th to first to score his first-ever XR Super Series victory, winning the $25,000 Florida Dirt Nationals main event at All-Tech Raceway on Friday night.

T-Mac methodically made his through the field, using the outside to complete passes as most of the leaders hunted the bottom side.

McCreadie (Watertown, NY) found his way to second behind Brandon Overton with 13 laps to go, then worked around Overton and took the lead for good with 11 laps remaining.

A caution with 10 to go slowed the field for the first time, but McCreadie nailed the restart and drove away while the rest of the frontrunners battled.

Kyle Strickler made a few bold moves to work his way to second, passing Kyle Bronson for position with seven to go, but McCreadie was long gone. Bronson finished third after leading the majority of the race.

Bronson took the lead on the initial green flag and held it until Overton came to call midway through the feature.

Overton finished fourth and Jonathan Davenport rounded out the Top 5.
