Story By: SHAWN BROUSE / WILLIAMS GROVE SPEEDWAY – MECHANICSBURG, PA – The Williams Grove Speedway Lawrence Chevrolet 410 Sprint Cars will get their last chance to prepare for July’s invasion by the World of Outlaws when they hit the track this Friday night, July 7 for an outlaw tune up event.
The Hoosier Diamond Series race will also be Fan Appreciation Night featuring FREE access to the frontstretch pit area for general admission fans before the races.
Racing action including time trials will begin at 7:30 pm.
The PASS/IMCA 305 sprint cars are also on the racing card.
The Hoosier Diamond Series outlaws tune up will pay the 410 sprints $6,000 to win.
Presented by Martins Potato Chips and Hoseheads.com, all general admission fans will be granted FREE access to the frontstretch pit area from 5:30 until 6:15 pm.
FREE Martins Potato Chips and candy from Hoseheads.com will be handed out to fans as they enter the front pit area to get up close and personal with the drivers and their sprint cars.
Fans are encouraged to bring cameras in order to take photos of their favorite drivers while they get autographs.
Adult general admission for July 7 is $20 with students ages 13-20 admitted for $10.
Kids ages 12 and under are always free at Williams Grove Speedway.
There will be no racing at the track on July 14 before the oval explodes with sprint car action on July 21 and 22 for the Champion Racing Oil World of Outlaws Summer Nationals.
Action both nights gets underway at 7:30 pm.
