Story By: BRIAN WALKER / HIGH LIMIT RACING – MOORESVILLE, NC – The streak continues today with another team announcing their intentions to chase the 2024 High Limit Racing championship.
Thursday, it was Justin Peck and Buch Motorsports joining the increasingly-impressive list of High Rollers next year. Peck and the #13 squad are the eighth team to commit full-time following Brad Sweet, Kasey Kahne, Jacob Allen, Zeb Wise, Cory Eliason, Brenham Crouch, and Rico Abreu.
Like Eliason and Abreu before him, Peck is another driver who ran the full 2023 midweek trail with High Limit, finishing top-five in points even after missing two shows due to injury. The Monrovia, Indiana native is already a winner with the series, outlasting Kyle Larson in a thriller at Kokomo Speedway to bank $26,023 back in August. He’ll head back to defend his home state glory at “Indiana’s Baddest Bullring” on Tuesday, May 14 as the track returns as a staple in the Midweek Money Series.
Familiar with the challenges of competing for a season-long crown, Peck and Buch rattled off eight victories and finished second in All Star Circuit of Champions points in 2022. Now ready for the grind of a national campaign, they’ll face 60 races at 37 tracks in 19 states during the 2024 High Limit season.
Peck’s High Limit tenure officially begins on Monday & Tuesday, February 12-13 at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL, and concludes on Friday & Saturday, October 11-12 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, TX. Along with a trio of six-figure paydays and 25+ races paying $20,000 or more to win, teams will also compete for a $1 million championship fund and an additional $100,000 points fund for the Midweek Money Series.
The busy week continues for High Limit Racing with plenty of more news to come on the cast of 2024 High Rollers.
