Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / RIDGE & SONS RACING – KNOXVILLE, IA – Ridge & Sons Racing and Visalia, California’s Cory Eliason – who will tour the country coast-to-coast in hopes of attaining a High Limit Sprint Car Series championship in 2024 – are pleased to welcome New Direction Transport LLC (NDT), Michigan’s premier logistics operation, to the RSR No. 8.
Led by Ricky Logan and headquartered in Canton, Michigan, NDT is not only family-owned and operated with heavy ties to the local community, but their services extend far and beyond Michigan’s borders, boasting an experienced and dedicated staff that assures safe and rapid transport from point to point.
Although committed to the High Limited Sprint Car Series schedule in 2024, Ridge & Sons Racing and NDT will make their official debut in Volusia Speedway Park’s annual DIRTcar Nationals on February 7-10.
“We’re privileged to welcome Ricky Logan and New Direction Transport to Ridge & Sons Racing. They are a highly decorated service and we’re proud to have them join the RSR family,” Brian Ridge explained. “It’s support like theirs that makes an aggressive schedule possible and I’m confident Cory (Eliason) will return the favor by representing their brand proudly on and off the track. We’re excited to get started.”
The 2024 High Limit Sprint Car Series schedule will begin officially with a visit to East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, Florida, on Monday and Tuesday, February 12-13. The 60-race season will conclude with a doubleheader at The Dirt Track at Texas Motor Speedway on October 12-13.
