Patrik Daniel Makes It Four-Straight Southern States Modified Series Wins At 105 Speedway
Story By: TIM BATES / SOUTHERN STATES MODIFIED SERIES – CLEVELAND, TX – AMS Racing Pole Award winner Anthony Meek got the hole shot and pulled away to lead the opening lap with Richard Holt and series points leader Patrik Daniel in hot pursuit.
While Meek remained faithful to the high lane around the 1/4-mile oval, Daniel used every inch of the racing surface to search for a way to catch the leader.
Daniel found the low line to his liking and tracked down Meek, finally snagging the top spot with 18 laps complete and 7 remaining Daniel cruised to the win—his fourth straight at the 105 Speedway in Cleveland TX.
Keith Badiali completed the top three with another strong run and another good points night for himself and his Bicknell Chassis, Thomas Holt and Corey Oltz rounded out the top five and sixth through tenth went to Lewing, Fowlkes, Griffin, Richard Holt and Keith Meek.
