Stewart Friesen Drives To Weedsport’s Cavalcade Cup Modified Victory Sunday Night
Information By: DAN KAPUSCINSKI / WEEDSPORT SPEEDWAY – WEEDSPORT, NY – Stewart Friesen drew the pole Sunday night at Weedsport Speedway, led every one of the 75-lap distance and went on to win $6,000 Cavalcade Cap Modified feature.
Alex Payne drove from ninth to finish second at the finish with Jimmy Phelps, Erick Rudolph and Jack Lehner completing the top five.
Marc Minutolo drove from tenth in the Empire Street Stock Series to capture the feature event win in the series debut at the track.
