Brock Zearfoss Teams With Rich Eichelberger For Full Williams Grove & Port Royal Slate In 2025
Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / BROCK ZEARFOSS RACING – JONESTOWN, PA – The new year will bring new direction for Jonestown, Pennsylvania’s own Brock Zearfoss, as the former Outlaw is set to return to his roots in Pennsylvania Posse Country, rejoining crew chief Jim Shuttlesworth for a full Williams Grove Speedway and Port Royal Speedway slate aboard Rich Eichelberger’s familiar No. 8.
“It was a fun and exciting three years on the road with the World of Outlaws, and I’m grateful for the experience, but it’s time to turn our attention elsewhere,” Zearfoss said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity with Rich. Rich Eichelberger is a name that is certainly synonymous with Central Pennsylvania sprint car racing and to be a part of his team is pretty special. I’m confident big things are ahead.”
As noted, Zearfoss will enter the new year fresh off of his third, full season with the Greatest Show On Dirt, concluding the year ninth in the Series standings padded by 16 top-ten finishes including one top five, that of which accomplished at BAPS Motor Speedway. Speaking of the York Haven oval, the “Jonestown Jet” is a recent winner at the facility, scoring a $10,000 payday in the track’s final event of the season on Saturday, November 16; Jim Shuttlesworth was on the wrenches.
“We’re pretty excited to have Jim Shuttlesworth with us. His experience and accomplishments speak for themselves and we’re ready to add to it,” Zearfoss continued. “To roll out of the box and earn a win at BAPS says so much about our potential. I’m confident that will continue into the new year.”
Although the bulk of Zearfoss’ upcoming schedule will mold around full-time competition at Williams Grove Speedway and Port Royal Speedway, Brock Zearfoss’ own Brock Zearfoss Racing No. 3Z will also make frequent appearances, orchestrating a “hit and miss” schedule that will unveil in the coming weeks. As expected, Jim Shuttlesworth will be the crew chief.
For now, the Jonestown Jet will focus on his upcoming trip to Australia with Sean Carren, set to activate with the opening round of Western Australia Speedweek at Perth Motorplex on December 26.
“Just hoping for a solid trip,” Zearfoss concluded. “Sean Carren does an incredible job and we’ve had a lot of success together. I think we’re ready to do it again.”
Brock Zearfoss will continue his 2024/2025 campaign with action Down Under, set to join Sean Carren for a full stint in Australia beginning in mid-December:
