Column: DIRTcar Northeast Is Excited For What’s To Come During Expanded ’25 Season

Column By: MIKE WARREN / DIRTCAR – WEEDSPORT, NY – The Northeast is set to continue its trend of being one of DIRTcar’s fastest growing regions with what’s in store for the 2025 season.
Along with races in the four Northeast Series, drivers will battle at their home tracks in DIRTcar sanctioned events from April-September in the Hoosier Racing Tire Weekly Championships.
In 2025, 19 tracks will host weekly DIRTcar Sanctioned events, including four new tracks. Airborne, Cornwall, and Mohawk be DIRTcar sanctioned for 2025, along with a new Vermont track.
Devils Bowl Speedway joins the DIRTcar banner for the first time in 2025, sanctioning the 358 Modified and 4 Cylinder divisions.
After seeing record car counts last season, the Northeast’s 358 Modified, Sportsman and Pro Stock series will again compete from April to October across New York, North Carolina and Canada. That includes marquee events like Super DIRT Week 53 at Oswego Speedway, Oct. 6-11, and World Short Track Championship at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, Oct. 30-Nov. 1.
“This will be a very exciting year for the DIRTcar 358’s, Sportsman and Pro Stock Series,” DIRTcar Northeast Series Director Dean Reynolds said. “There’s added races at an awesome variety of tracks and on both sides of the border. We can’t wait to get started!”
