Justin Whittall Highlights Recent Stretch With Top-10 At Bunbury New Year’s Day

Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / JW MOTORSPORTS – BUNBURY, WA, AUSTRALIA – Vincentown, New Jersey’s Justin Whittall has been busy Down Under, continuing his Western Australia Speedweek campaign, alongside RBH Racing, with another trio of starts in early January.

Whittall, who earned an Australian top-ten prior to the New Year, entered competition at Bunbury Speedway on January 1, Perth Motorplex on January 2, and back at Bunbury on January 4, highlighting recent performances with a seventh-place outcome at Bunbury on New Year’s Day. RBH Racing raced on to finish 15th at Perth and 11th at Bunbury, forced to endure a brake malfunction in his most recent Bunbury appearance due to contact with a rock.

Justin Whittall and RBH Racing will enter the final two rounds of Western Australia Speedweek at Perth Motorplex on January 10-11 ninth in the championship standings.

“We’ve had our challenges, but it’s been a great experience so far. I don’t think our results really speak for our speed and potential,” Whittall said. “We have two rounds to go and we’re excited to give it everything we have. To end my Australian campaign with two great finishes is the goal.”
