Ransomville Speedway Releases Ambitious 2025 Schedule Of Events; Season Opener May 2nd

Story By: STEVEN PETTY / RANSOMVILLE SPEEDWAY – RANSOMVILLE, NY – The Ransomville Speedway released their 2025 schedule of events.

The 21-race schedule is jam- packed with exciting racing, featuring the Ransomville weekly divisions and national and regional touring series.

VP Race Fuels will present Test, Tune, and Time on Friday, April 25, with the 2025 season opener set for May 2, featuring the Krown Undercoating DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, Stirling Lubricants DIRTcar Sportsman, KiPo Chevrolet Street Stocks, Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks, and the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman.

May 9th will feature a regular show featuring the weekly Ransomville divisions. On Friday, May 16, the Kubota High Limit Sprint Car Racing Series will be making their inaugural visit to Ransomville. They will be joined that night by the first of two scheduled appearances by the Empire Street Stock Series. May 23rd will be a regular show, with May 30th being the first DNA Towing Demolition Derby of the season.

That night will also feature the Sportsman Super DIRTcar Series in a Western Region event, plus Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, and the 358 Modifieds.

The month of June will kick off with the popular kids’ power wheel races on June 6, June 13th will be the second visit to the Big R by the Northeast Late Model Alliance. The Crate Late Models will be joined by the 358 Modifieds, Novice Sportsman, Street Stocks, and Mini Stocks. June 20th will see the Hobby Stocks join the card plus Vintage Cars, Street Stocks, Sportsman, Novice Sportsman, and the 358 Modifieds. June 27th will be the annual Poster Contest plus a full card of racing.

Ransomville Speedway will be lighting up the sky on the 4th of July with a huge Fireworks show celebrating the Independence Day holiday and the action on the racetrack will be spectacular as the CRSA Sprints will be making their inaugural visit.

The 4th of July card will feature the Sportsman, Novice, and Mini Stocks. On July 11, the cars and stars of the Little R will take center stage with their annual go-kart exhibition. The Empire Street Stock Series will be back in town that night as well, plus the 358 Modifieds, Sportsman, Novice Sportsman, and Mini Stocks. Friday July 18 will feature the kids’ bike race plus a full card.

July 25th will be Halloween in July featuring Autograph Night and a full card of racing.

August 1 will be a night off to prepare the track for the Monster Truck show on Saturday, August 2. Racing returns on August 8 with a full card. Tuesday August 12, the Big Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series will be in town for the 40th running of the Ron Martin Memorial Summer Nationals. That night will also feature the Mike Bonesky Memorial for the Sportsman Super DIRTcar Series as they embark on their Championship Trail. Rain date for the Summer Nationals will be on Wednesday, August 13.

On Friday, August 15, Ransomville Speedway will be honoring and remembering both Mackenzie Kulesza and Mateo Hope with the running of the Mackenzie Kulesza Mini Stock Memorial and the Mateo Hope Street Stock Memorial. The Rusty Merrick Memorial Kids Rides will take place that night as well. The Mini Stocks and Street Stocks will be joined by the Vintage Cars and Novice Sportsman. August 22 will be a regular show, with Championship Night for all point classes taking place on August 29, plus the second DNA Towing Demolition Derby.

The final week of the season will be on Friday, September 5th when the CRSA Sprints return as part of their 20thanniversary season. It will also be the John Susice Memorial for the Street Stocks, plus Sportsman and Mini Stocks. September 12 will be utilized as a rain date only if needed.
