Brett Deyo Sells His Stake In Utica-Rome Speedway; Will Focus On STSS, Fonda & Brookfield

Statement By: BRETT DEYO / BD MOTORSPORTS MEDIA – VERNON, NY – The following is a statement from Brett Deyo in regards to the sale of his stake in Utica-Rome Speedway.

Deyo posted this statement on the speedway Facebook page on Wednesday evening.

“Earlier this week, I was approached with an offer from Jason Broedel to purchase my portion of Utica-Rome Speedway.

After evaluating the offer, I have made the decision to accept.

I wish Jason well and am very thankful that I have had the opportunity to be at the helm of the Home of Heroes for the past four seasons.

I will continue to operate Fonda Speedway, Brookfield Speedway and the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series Fueled By Sunoco going forward and look forward to having more time to focus on those operations.

Utica-Rome will host Short Track Super Series events and work closely with Fonda Speedway in the future.”
