O’Reilly Returns As Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Rookie Of The Year Sponsor For 2025

Story By: LUCAS OIL LATE MODEL DIRT SERIES – BATAVIA, OH – O’Reilly Auto Parts returns as the title sponsor of the Rookie of the Year program in 2025. The top rookie driver will once again earn an industry-high $20,000.

Along with their cash award, the Rookie of the Year will also receive product certificates from various manufacturers, valued at over an additional $10,000. Second and third places in the final Rookie of the Year standings will receive $5,000 and $2,500, respectively. The O’Reilly Auto Parts Rookie of the Year will also be awarded a new pit bike courtesy of Dave Warren Powersports and a complete fire suppression system from Fire Suppression Engineering.

A driver wishing to compete for the Rookie of the Year must declare their intent before the drivers’ meeting at the first event beyond April 1. In addition to the cash and product awards to the Rookie of the Year, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series presented by FloRacing will pay a $100 bonus to the highest finishing rookie driver in each feature event beyond April 1.

Drivers battling for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Rookie of the Year title in 2025 will pursue the entire Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series schedule and see a scattering of racetracks for the first time. This year’s schedule comprises 58 events at 25 unique venues across 16 states from January to October.
