Lernerville’s Firecracker: Five-Days Of Entertainment For Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series

Story By: LUCAS OIL LATE MODEL DIRT SERIES – BATAVIA, OH – The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series presented by FloRacing will make its first of two appearances at Lernerville Speedway from June 19-21. The 19th Annual Firecracker 100 – presented by Experience Butler County, Pennsylvania- will gather the top dirt late model drivers from across the nation to compete for three consecutive nights, culminating in the $50,000-to-win finale.
The Firecracker Fest returns in 2025, beginning Monday, June 16, with camper load-in, followed by a free camper welcome party at 8:00 PM featuring food and live music. On Tuesday, June 17, the Sportsman Gun Bash will take place, benefiting Autism of Pittsburgh, with complimentary food and prize giveaways. Wednesday, June 18, will showcase the SEBRA Xtreme Bull Riding and Barrel Racing show, along with a Christie Huff concert. Additionally, there will be plenty of children’s activities and other entertainment planned throughout the week.
Racing action starts on Thursday and Friday with the field being split into two groups based on pill draw, with each group competing in a complete program of Dirt Draft Hot Laps, Allstar Performance Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains, and their respective 25-lap, $5,000 to win A-Main.
The combined points from Thursday and Friday’s preliminary events will determine the line-ups for Saturday’s Heat Races. Saturday’s program will be highlighted by Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Heat Races, B-Mains, and the $50,000 to-win 19th Annual Firecracker 100.
Once again, the RUSH Late Models will join the weekend of racing as they take part in one of the richest Crate Late Model races in the country in the $20,000-to-win Bill Emig Memorial presented by Sunoco Race Fuels.
The pit gates for the 19th Annual Firecracker 100 presented by Experience Butler County Pennsylvania will open at 3:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, and at 2:00 PM on Saturday. The grandstand gates will open at 4:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, and at 3:00 PM on Saturday. Hot laps are scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM each day. Additionally, there will be a Dirt Racing Outreach Service at 2:00 PM and a driver’s autograph session from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM on Saturday.
In addition to traditional ticketing options, fans can enjoy all five nights of action for just $135! That’s five nights of family fun entertainment for just over $25 per day!
