Story By: JASON MEYERS RACING – FRESNO, CA – Fresh off a historic third straight Gold Cup victory at Silver Dollar Speedway, Jason Meyers Racing (JMR) is shifting gears for the remainder of the 2025 season. The team has announced it will transition to a single-car operation and will focus its full efforts on the High Limit Racing Series.

With Corey Day balancing a demanding schedule that includes NASCAR commitments, JMR will enlist a hand-selected roster of elite drivers to keep the No. 14 car in full-time competition. The lineup will feature three proven talents, Daryn Pittman, Trey Starks, and Justin Sanders, each piloting the car at select events.

Jason Meyers, owner of JMR, emphasized the importance of this strategic move, “We are very impressed with what Brad [Sweet] and Kyle [Larson] are doing with the High Limit Racing Series. Our team is committed to maintaining a full-time effort, and by working closely with our partners and a hand-selected group of drivers, we can finish the season strong. This approach allows us to showcase incredible talent while continuing to build momentum for the future.”

Driver Lineup & Schedule

The driver rotation kicks off this weekend at Skagit Speedway, where 2013 World of Outlaws champion Daryn Pittman will take the wheel of the No. 14.

Daryn Pittman (Skagit Speedway | Aug. 28–30, 2025)
“Jason and I have been good friends for a long time. I’m honored he asked me to step in and help when I could. Skagit has been a strong track for me over the years, and I’m looking forward to giving it my best to keep the 14 car up front where it belongs.”

Trey Starks (Port Royal Speedway | Sept. 4–6, 2025)
“I’m excited for the opportunity not only to drive one of the best cars out there right now but also to get back to Port Royal, which has always been one of my favorite tracks. Back when I was racing regularly in Pennsylvania, we had a lot of success there. To return for such a prestigious event, especially with High Limit, is something I’m really looking forward to. I don’t get to travel as much anymore, so to be back in the mix with the Pennsylvania Posse and the High Limit regulars is going to be special.”

Justin Sanders (Lernerville Speedway | Sept. 12–13, 2025; Eldora Speedway | Sept. 19–20, 2025; Lakeside Speedway | Oct. 10–11, 2025; Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track | Oct. 17–18, 2025)
“I’m very happy and thankful for the opportunity to fill in for another great team and continue on the High Limit tour, which I really enjoy racing. Jason has always provided fast, methodical race cars and has two of my good friends as crew and car chiefs. I’m really looking forward to it, and I also want to thank my car owner back home for allowing me to run these couple weekends.”

Corey Day will continue to drive the No. 14 at several marquee events, including:

Lawrenceburg Speedway | Sept. 17, 2025

Thunderbowl Raceway | Sept. 18–19, 2025

Bridgeport Motorsports Park | Sept. 27, 2025

Path Valley Speedway Park | Sept. 28, 2025

Williams Grove Speedway | Oct. 3–4, 2025

Lucas Oil Speedway | Oct. 15, 2025

World Finals, The Dirt Track at Charlotte | Nov. 5–8, 2025

Looking Ahead, Jason Meyers Racing remains committed to competing at the highest level while showcasing a variety of talent behind the wheel of the No. 14. With the combination of Corey Day’s success and the addition of seasoned drivers like Pittman, Starks, and Sanders, the team is focused on continuing its winning tradition throughout the 2025 High Limit season.
