COLUMN BY: Mike Warren – SUPER DIRTCAR SERIES – WEST LEBANON, NYSummer is nearly here, and that means the Super DIRTcar Series is turning its attention to June.

The Beasts of the Northeast will visit two historic Series venues throughout the month, spanning both ends of New York.

First, the Series visits Lebanon Valley Speedway in West Lebanon, NY, on Tuesday, June 16, for Mr. DIRT Track USA. Then, a “Shower of Big Block Power” hits Western New York with a stop at Ransomville Speedway in Ransomville, NY, on Tuesday, June 23, for the Ron Martin Memorial Summer Nationals.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Lebanon Valley Speedway | Mr. DIRT Track USA (June 16)

June’s first stop marks a return to New York’s Capital Region for Mr. DIRT Track USA at Lebanon Valley. The race will be the Series’ 62nd visit to the 5/8-mile facility, and the lone stop of the 2026 season.

Last year’s Mr. DIRT Track USA saw Kolby Schoder charge to the front to earn his first career Super DIRTcar Series win, giving him momentum toward his first trip to Super DIRT Week. He became the sixth different driver to win a Series race at Lebanon Valley in the last decade, joining Andy Bachetti, Brett Hearn, Matt Sheppard, Kenny Tremont, and L.J. Lombardo.

Ransomville Speedway | Ron Martin Memorial Summer Nationals (June 23)

The second and final stop in June takes the Series to the Niagara Frontier and a visit to Ransomville for the Ron Martin Memorial Summer Nationals.

This year’s event will be a special one, as long-time track owner and promoter Stan Friesen will be inducted into the track’s Ring of Honor that night.

In last season’s stop at Ransomville, three-time Series champion Mat Williamson went to a backup car after he destroyed his primary car in Hot Laps. That didn’t deter the St. Catharines, ON driver, though, as he still drove to the victory in a crucial stop on the road to his third Series title.
