Information By: OUTLAW SPEEDWAY – DUNDEE, NY – Alex Payne captured his second Outlaw Speedway Modified feature win Friday night in dramatic fashion.
Payne rapidly closed the margin between himself and Brady Fultz in the final two laps, resulting in a photo finish. The youngster won by just .096 seconds.
Fultz was second with Ajay Potrzebowski Jr, Tyler Siri and Jeff Daugherty completing the top five.
