Story By: KENNY SHUPP / OUTLAW SPEEDWAY – DUNDEE, NY – With the summer days rapidly clicking off laps, the Outlaw Speedway finds itself knee deep into the month of July as track owner/promoter, Tyler Siri will present a Regular Super 7 Show at the popular Yates County Facility on Friday, July 15, 2022.
It will be business as usual on the night with the standard Super 7 Show featuring all the weekly classes plus the addition of the Swarthout Recycling 600 Mod King of the Ring single elimination event where the last driver standing will take home a nice winner’s check.
The Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Modifieds will headline the night along with a pair of Crate Sportsman Divisions in the Sunrise Insulation American Racer Tire along with the Speed Connection DIRTcar Hoosier Tire 602 Divisions. Several drivers will “Do the Double” competing in both classes making it a challenging night for both driver and crew members. The Stan’s No Tubes Street Stocks will be on the card running a regular feature as well as the NAPA Hobby Stocks, the Winner’s Circle Deli Mini Stocks. The Swarthout Recycling 600 Mods will also see feature action as will the Fritz Masonry Bandits giving future adult class racers a chance to compete on the Fast 4/10 of a mile clay oval in Mini Stock creations.
The pit side, Outlaw Saloon serving ice cold beer will be open offering a spectacular view of the Fast 4/10 of a Mile from the top deck observation area.
Free rides are offered on the Outlaw Speedway Monster Truck, Outlaw Crusher throughout the evening.
Please be advised that as part of the 2022 Outlaw Speedway Schedule of Events, the track will lay dormant on Friday, July 22 to give drivers, crew members and track employees the night off.
After the break, the track will return in a huge way with the Annual Steve Kent Summer Nationals featuring the second appearance of the ULMS Super Late Models to the Yates County oval. That in addition to the return of the Patriot Sprint Tour making their second appearance of the season at the track. Several additional divisions including the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Modifieds will also be on the card.
The Outlaw Speedway is located on Rt. 14a in Dundee, NY right in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate, NY. A short drive from Watkins Glen, Elmira/Corning, Bath/Hammondsport, Geneva, Penn Yan and Seneca Falls/Waterloo.
