Story By: NICK GRAZIANO / WORLD OF OUTLAWS – HARTFORD, OH – With Sharon Speedway providing some of the best World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Late Model racing every year, the Battle at the Border has grown into a three-day event.
The Most Powerful Late Models on the Planet will invade the Hartford, OH track, May 25-27, boasting a $156,000 overall purse with $6,000-to-win Features on Thursday and Friday, and then a $25,000-to-win Feature on Saturday.
In the Series’ 10 visits to Sharon, there have been 10 different winners – most recently Ryan Gustin and Ohio’s Devin Moran grabbed wins last year.
A special VIP package is also being offered to fans: For $75, one will receive an all-access pit pass with first choice at general admission seating (excludes reserves seating areas), luncheon, opportunity to meet and greet the stars of the World of Outlaws in addition to a question and answer session, and the chance to win prizes.
