Mateo Hope Street Stock King Of The Hill This Friday Night At Ransomville Speedway
Story By: STEVEN PETTY / RANSOMVILLE SPEEDWAY – RANSOMVILLE, NY – This coming Friday night is the annual Mateo Hope Street Stock King of the Hill for the KiPo Motors Street Stocks.
Also on the card will be the season point’s finale for the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman, plus the Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks, Hy-Tech Concrete DIRTcar Sportsman, and the Krown Undercoating 358 Modifieds.
Bailey Brothers Enterprises will present the evening’s racing program.
The Mateo Hope Street Stock King of the Hill is in honor and memory of Mateo Hope. Mateo lived and breathed racing. Behind the efforts of Curt Sherwood, the event is growing bigger and bigger each year. With lap sponsorships and other contingency awards, nearly $7,000 has been raised.
Also on the card is the final points night of the season for the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman. Entering Friday night, Mike Kramarz has a 40-point lead over Dillon Adamczak. Wayne Swinson has a two-point advantage over Luke Blose for third in divisional points. So far in 2023, 26 different drivers have participated in the division.
