Story By: DAVE MEDLER / BREWERTON SPEEDWAY – BALDWINSVILLE, NY – Brewerton Speedway, Central New York’s Friday night home for DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds racing, will roar to life on Friday, May 3 for another full season of action.
Speedway officials are pleased to announce DIRTcar Modifieds, DIRTcar Sportsman, Mod Lites and Four-Cylinder Superstocks will continue to be the weekly core classes with title sponsorship of each class remaining unchanged from 2023.
The DIRTcar Modified class sponsor the past twelve years, Tracey Road, continues their support of Brewerton’s headline class in 2024. A full season of Big Block races are planned under the DIRTcar banner. The 358-Modified bonus that has been offered weekly since 2021 will continue as well. A record number of weekly Modified competitors lined the pits weekly in 2023 and a similar field is expected in 2024.

DOT Foods, located at 200 Monarch Drive in Liverpool, NY, will return for its fifth season as the title sponsor for the highly popular DIRTcar Sportsman class.
In 2023 the Brewerton Speedway Sportsman Track Championship was not decided until the final points night with Zach Sobotka being crowned Champion narrowly edging Brandon Carvey.

Mirabito enters its third year as the sponsor of the Four-Cylinder Superstock division. A full season of Four-Cylinder action is planned at Brewerton, with four dates scheduled at sister track, Fulton Speedway.

Additional classes will visit the D-Shaped Dirt Demon throughout the 2024 campaign. The ESS Sprints will again join us for the three summer Holiday weekends. 600cc Modifieds debuted at the track in 2023 and will join the fray on at least three occasions this year. Wingless 600 Micro-Sprints will be first time visitors to the speedway with at least three visits, as well. Fulton’s Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux Hobby Stocks will be on the schedule, as will a pair of vintage Modified race dates.
The final schedule is taking shape with an early February release scheduled. Track sponsorships and advertising programs are available.
