Story By: LINDA’S SPEEDWAY – JONESTOWN, PA – Linda’s Speedway is coming off the annual practice night held on March 29, 2024 and it was an overwhelming success. With a bustling pit area hosting 120 cars, the event showcased a thrilling preview of the racing talent set to compete in the upcoming season.
The practice night offered three comprehensive sessions for all the classes that graced the track, which included a mixture of 270 Micro Sprints, All Star Slingshots, Junior Slingshots, Jr Sprints, and Chargers that will be seen on opening night this coming Friday. Participants and fans alike are now building with excitement as everyone looks forward to this Friday April 5th.
The Speedway gates will open at 5:00 pm, with practice laps beginning at 7:00 pm. Racing action will kick off immediately following the practice sessions. Fans eager to catch every moment of the action will be pleased to know that the grandstand admission prices have been maintained, showcasing Linda’s Speedway’s commitment to being a family-affordable race track. Adult tickets are priced at $5 each, while children aged 6-12 can enjoy the event for just $3.
For the racers, a pit pass is available at $30, with car registration tagged at $20. Additionally, the Speedway offers transponder rentals at $20 to assist in monitoring lap times and race positions for those do that not have their own.
