Story By: TOBY LAGRANGE / GLEN RIDGE MOTORSPORTS PARK – FULTONVILLE, NY – Earlier this week the Glen Ridge Motorsports Park released the payout information for the inaugural Robert “Fluff” Hagen Memorial to be held at the track.
Taking center stage will be the Yurkewecz Auto Crushers DIRTcar Pro Stock division, who will compete for a $2,500 to win top prize when the race rolls off on Sunday June 25th.
As the weeks roll by, more incentives are expected to be announced that will bring the overall purse higher than the track originally announced.
One of those incentives is being put up by PlayFab Racing and proprietors Luke Horning and Shane Playford.
PlayFab Racing will be offering a Pro Stock Body Reskin for one of the top five finishers in the event. The drawing for the reskin will be held after the feature event. The reskin has a value of $1,100.
The race will also be part of the Pro Stock Battle For The Crown, which is a three race mini-series at The Ridge that also includes the Silver Fox Showdown on May 21st and the Ridge Runner 30 DIRTcar Pro Stock Serie event on August 27th.
The 2023 season kicks off for The Ridge on Sunday April 23rd with the inaugural Spring Fling car show and meet and greet day. A tentative practice session is scheduled for Sunday April 30th with opening day scheduled for Sunday May 7th.
