Story By: JUSTIN SNYDER / PORT ROYAL SPEEDWAY – PORT ROYAL, PA – In an effort to fulfill our multiple sponsor obligations to both our series and event presenters, we are making a few changes to our August 19th date.
The Mike Cleck Paving & Sealcoating, Inc. Dream Race ($10,000 to win twin 25’s) presented by Tedd Reitz will be held on this date. As previously announced, the first of the twin 25 features will serve as the Greg Hodnett Classic. This event will also feature the Selinsgrove Ford Super Late Models competing for $5000 to win!
Unfortunately, this means the USAC East Coast Sprint Cars and the PA Sprint Series 305 sprint car will no longer be competing on this date.
Courtesy of Bobby Rahal Toyota of Lewistown, this will also serve as military appreciation night and all veterans with proper identification will receive free admission!
