Column By: ROBERT SYMONDS / RPW – ROSSBURG, OH – After the FloRacing Night In America Season Opener at the Macon Speedway, most teams are taking the weekend off to ready for the 30th Annual Dirt Late Model Dream at the Eldora Speedway. The same is true for the two time Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Champion, driver of the Rocket1, Tim McCreadie.
Over the last 8 years, McCreadie has finished well at the famed Ohio half mile, recording five top 10s in the Dream alone including a runner up finish in 2021. The Rocket1 Team has also had proven success at the Eldora Speedway including a win just last year in the World 100 and a top 10 in the 2023 – 29th Annual Dirt Late Model Dream.
Since jumping into the Rocket1, TMAC has been working on finding his rhythm but after his runner-up performance at the Lucas Oil Speedway, McCreadie will be one to watch this coming week at the Dirt Late Model Dream. Will McCreadie finally get his first Dirt Late Model Dream win?
The Dirt Late Model Dream takes place June 6-8, 2024 at the Eldora Speedway. If you are unable to make it out to the Ohio facility, live streaming is available through FloRacing.
