Column By: MIKE TRAVERSE / RPW – MIDDLETOWN, NY – On April 14th, when the Brett Hearn / Doug Dulgarian team announced their intentions to be promoters for a three-race series at the Orange County Fair Speedway in 2024, the news was certainly welcomed by fans of the historic Hard Clay House of Power.
Many had there would be no stock car racing at the facility this season.
At the time they were starting from scratch with no race title sponsors. It’s so vitally important to secure these types of partners to help present these events.
